The chimney doesn't lie.
Ours run clean.

For four decades, the world's electrostatic precipitators, the giant filters on power plants, cement kilns, steel and paper mills, have run on our power systems. When a plant needs its stack cleaner, we make it happen without rebuilding anything.

Before and after.
Real plants, real readings.

In short, just by changing the electrical energisation technique in the ESP,
a significant reduction in emissions can be achieved by installing the HF panels.

Power plant

660 MW, coal fired, 32 field ESP

HF panels installed, 2 panels per pass.

00000mg/Nm³

Cement plant

Kiln ESP, 6 field ESP

HF panels installed in the 1st and 2nd field.

00000mg/Nm³

Steel plant

8 field ESP

HF panels installed in the 1st and 2nd field.

0000mg/Nm³

Paper plant

4 field ESP

HF panels installed in the 1st and 2nd field.

00000mg/Nm³

A cleaner stack.
For a tenth of the price.

10–15% of what a full ESP renovation costs, and still cut emissions by 30 to 50%.

1

Nothing gets rebuilt. Your ESP, transformers and cabling stay exactly where they are. We change how they're powered; that's it.

2

One day of downtime. The changeover happens field by field, in a single day per changeover, not a shutdown project.

3

Start small, prove it, extend. Most customers convert one or two fields first, watch the stack, then extend, no tender-scale commitment to begin.

4

It also trims the power bill. Better power factor means the same clean air costs less electricity.

Quietly cleaning the air.
On six continents.

Our transformer-rectifiers travel inside the world's ESP systems, most plants running our equipment have never met us. This is where they ended up.

Who we work with

If your plant burns something.
We can clean it.

Wherever fuel is burned, coal, rice husk, bagasse, paper-mill rejects, waste, an ESP keeps the ash out of the sky, and our systems power the ESP.
