How we work
We are an engineering business, not a brochure business. Every claim on this site comes from a reading taken at an operating plant and countersigned by the customer's engineers. Where we cannot improve a precipitator, we say so.
Design, manufacture, software and service sit under one roof, so the people who answer a service call are the people who built the equipment.
In-house design and manufacture
Power supplies, controllers and TR sets developed and built by our own teams, with software written in-house and compatible with any ESP OEM's system.
Proof before purchase
Performance studies and partial-field conversions let a plant see the result at its own stack before committing further.
Service that outlives the warranty
Nischint Care covers AMC programmes, emergency response and genuine spares, direct from the original manufacturer of the power system.
Responsible end of life
E-waste is handled through Ador Powertron's managed programme rather than left with the customer.

Clean Air is the emission control business of Ador Powertron Limited, founded in 1995 and carrying the DNA of the Ador group, which has a 114 year history in Indian engineering. Ador Powertron designs and manufactures high-voltage power electronics at its Pune facilities: electrostatic precipitator power systems, transformer rectifier sets, and the controls and software that run them.
Ador T/R sets run software developed in-house and can also host an OEM's own ESP management software. A strategic technology-sharing partnership with Redkoh Industries, a leading precipitator controls company, backs the control platform.

IP-65 and routine testing
TR sets are hermetically sealed to IP-65 per IEC 947-1, and every set is routine tested before dispatch with certificates issued.
Certificate copies are available on request for tender and audit purposes.
